A fantastic career opportunity for an experienced repairs and maintenance manager. You will be a dynamic, motivated, and competent individual with a passion for public sector excellence, capable of leading a large, complex service with substantial budgets.
You should have a proven track record of achievement and leading change, with the enthusiasm and drive to deliver value-for-money, tenant-focused repairs and maintenance services. Experience managing in a large organization and the ability to remain calm under pressure to deliver consistent results are essential.
You will be an emotionally intelligent leader with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively and build robust relationships with peers, politicians, Trade Unions, and the workforce.
Requirements
The preferred candidate will need to complete a Disclosure (Level 1) check before a formal offer is made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
