Requirements:
1. Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
2. Experience: Significant teaching experience in a primary school setting, with a track record of leadership and management.
3. Skills: Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
4. Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of primary education and current educational practices.
