Gap healthcare are currently recruiting for a new and exciting opportunity on behalf of our client based in Exeter for an experienced Registered Manager for a small children's home.
This role is permanent and full-time, with a salary of up to GBP50,000 per annum (based on experience).
Our client is searching for an experienced Registered Manager with effective leadership, governance, and management skills. The ideal candidate will take responsibility to secure, sustain, and promote the reputation and daily operation of the home.
Responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring the delivery of high-quality holistic care and creating a caring environment
* Conducive to individual needs and practicing research development within the legislative framework of quality assurance
* Providing a needs-led service for children & young people accommodated
* Adopting a person-centred approach fostering self-awareness, reflection, and personal growth
* Providing each person the strongest voice regarding decision making and lifestyle choices
Main requirements:
* NVQ level 5 or equivalent in Leadership and Management
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Thorough understanding of OFSTED regulations
* Driver and access to a car for work
