As a Job Coach for Supported Internships, your purpose is to be the guiding force behind transforming aspirations into achievements. Join us and play a vital role in fostering the personal and professional growth of our interns.
Your mission as a Job Coach is to source placement opportunities for learners and provide invaluable support during their work placements as part of our Supported Internship programs. You'll be the linchpin in the workplace, collaborating with tutors and employers to ensure that interns are nurtured, educated, and supported throughout their journey.
Essential:
You will have:
1. Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths
2. Demonstrable evidence of Continuing Professional Development
3. Demonstrable experience of working successfully with employers
4. Proven successful track record of working with SEND learners in a pastoral or youth work role
5. Excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software and previous experience of working with databases
