School Administrator - Full time - Tameside - January start
We are working with a school in Tameside who are looking to recruit a school administrator to join their team as soon as possible. The role will be full time on a supply basis, until the end of the current academic year. We are looking for enthusiastic and well-motivated administrators and receptionists to join a supportive team.
It is preferred that you have experience working in a school office and have experience using SIMS however, this is not essential as training can be provided.
Experience and Skills:
As an Administrator, you will need the following to be successful:
Experience as an administrator or receptionist is essential.
Experience using SIMS and parent pay
An ICT-related qualification at level 1 is desirable.
A GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent is preferred.
Knowledge of using databases, MS Office, and excel systems.
Knowledge in audit and compliance is desirable.
Knowledge of administrative tasks and importance of the accuracy in daily work.
Strong self-management, proactive and enthusiastic.
