Main duties of the job Lead the operational management of community Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy services, ensuring high standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction. Drive the development and implementation of innovative, evidence-based care standards to ensure continuous improvement and optimal outcomes. Manage and develop a diverse and talented multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development. Oversee financial performance, ensuring efficient use of resources, effective budget management, and achievement of financial targets. Collaborate across the Trust and with external partners to deliver integrated care pathways that improve patient flow and outcomes. Champion clinical governance, risk management, and service quality, ensuring compliance with Trust and national standards. Lead service reviews and improvements, identifying areas for development and ensuring services are resourced and supported through business planning.
