Registered Home Manager
Salary: Up to £41,500

As the Registered Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for residents. You will be a leader at the heart of the team, responsible for the overall management, efficient deployment of resources, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
What You'll Need
Qualifications & Registration: A nursing qualification and a valid UK NMC registration or a Level 5 in Health and Social Care
Leadership & Management Experience: Previous managerial experience within a mental health setting.
Regulatory Knowledge
A robust understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks, legislation, and regulations.
A solid understanding of safeguarding principles.

What your day will look like:
Leadership & Service Management: Lead and manage the service to ensure high-quality care and compliance with all regulations.
Person-Centred Care: Oversee the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring they are person-centred.
Team Leadership & Development: Manage a dedicated team, providing guidance, support, and leadership to colleagues. Demonstrate experience in coaching and developing colleagues to reach their full potential.
Resource Management: Monitor and manage resources effectively to ensure operational efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance & Safeguarding: Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and all relevant legislation. Take part in on-call duties to provide leadership support during non-office hours.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with regulators and stakeholders to ensure service standards are met.
