We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our extremely successful client! Consisting of 4 businesses you will work closely alongside the Director in the day to day running of the Group as a whole. Your role will be based from their rural offices in Churcham, Gloucester on a full time permanent basis.
You will become a vital support to the director in the general running of the business as well as assisting with all aspects of administration across various elements of the company. With large commercial contracts in place as well as private residential customers you will be responsible for booking and coordinating jobs, billing clients and assisting with the implementation of a new CRM system.
To be considered, you must be driven with a strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck into all areas of the business. You must also be highly organised with excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner.

Once settled into the role you will also have the flexibility to work from home as required as a laptop etc will be provided.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Supporting with all day-to-day administration for the business
-Maintaining existing client relationships
-Assist with producing estimates and sending quotes to clients
-Assisting Build Team Managers in administration task as needed
-Assisting with managing phone lines and incoming calls and email enquiries
-Diary management and arranging appointments for site visits
-Assist with setting up a new CRM system
-Booking in jobs and managing ongoing communication as and when required
-Sending risk assessments, arranging inspections and ordering materials
-Supporting with hotel bookings for site staff
-Remedials for house builders
Candidate Attributes:
-Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
-Strong communication skills both written and verbally
-Outgoing & friendly personality
-Team player with a willingness to learn
-Full UK driving licence and car
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm (flexible working hours can be discussed upon application)
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum dependent on experience
