We are looking for a Membership Marketing Executive to join our team to help in the delivery of multi channel membership & supporter campaigns. The role is full time and permanent, working 36 hours per week. We are currently operating a hybrid working arrangement, working 2 days a week in the Swindon office and the remainder from home.

As Membership Marketing Executive, you will work across all channels in the Membership and Supporter Growth team. Supporting the membership & supporter growth teams, this role is varied, busy and fun. It's a great opportunity for anyone with a passion for marketing and is looking for their step into marketing.
You will need to be bright and enthusiastic, with proven relationship skills. Not afraid of getting stuck in, you will have a 'can do' attitude as well as a good creative eye and a strong attention to detail. There is a lot of variety to the role, so good project and time management skills are a must too.
To be considered as a Membership Marketing Executive, you'll need:
- Good general understanding of marketing principles and practices
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills, able to co-ordinate multiple projects and work under pressure to deliver to deadline
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Relationship skills, including stakeholder management
- Excellent eye for accuracy and detail
