They are spread across industries – energy, recycling, mobility and manufacturing – but with a common goal of achieving a lower-carbon, sustainable and more transparent world.
Our team combines deep sector knowledge with a breadth of communications disciplines, rooted in insight, to change behaviours, shape reputation and drive value.
We are proud of the work we do, supporting clients such as Baker Hughes, Hitachi, EnBW, E.ON, BSI, Mura and Rockwool. This role offers the opportunity to work within a fast paced and dynamic team of 25+ who are passionate about the energy transition and keen to deliver integrated communications work, spanning corporate and B2B comms, public affairs, digital and social.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for undertaking account administration critical to all client and team projects, under the guidance of an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager. Spotting industry updates and news and understanding the implications of these is a daily requirement for our clients and we would want any candidate to demonstrate a strong appetite for this alongside an enthusiasm for energy & industrials and the media.

A successful candidate will deliver through:
1. Team Contribution - A can-do attitude, flexibility, and willingness to contribute will need to be consistently demonstrated.
2. Account Administration – High-quality, proactive account administration will increase account efficiency and support the delivery of client objectives.
3. Programme Support - Ownership of specific programme components as directed by account teams will support campaign delivery.
4. Integrated Marketing and Technical PR Skills Development – Competence in foundation PR and integrated marketing skills will support programme delivery.
5. Media Management - Comprehensive media management will support proactive and reactive aspects of programme delivery.
6. Digital Media - Expanding understanding of the digital media landscape, the role of digital and social media, and how to utilise digital tools will support client service.
7. Reporting - Comprehensive, accurate and timely reporting will ensure that all client activity is professionally recorded and communicated.
8. Information & Collateral Management - Efficient management of client materials will ensure that the correct content is always available and that we can deliver to a high standard.
9. Press Office Management (where appropriate) - Effective press office administration will ensure that all media enquiries are responded to in a timely and comprehensive manner.
10. Research - Effective desk research skills will ensure that business pitches, proposals, client events and media opportunities are comprehensively supported and capitalised upon.
