We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a retail fit-out project in Oxford. This role will involve managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule for its duration of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage daily site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
2. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
3. Supervise subcontractors and direct site staff, ensuring high-quality standards.
4. Maintain clear communication with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
5. Report regularly on project progress, risks, and any issues encountered.
