* Managing email inboxes
* Answering incoming telephone calls
* Communicating with customers and suppliers via email and telephone

Required Skills:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in administration
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
* Proficient in Microsoft applications
* Proficient in English, both written and spoken
* Confident phone manner
