As a 360Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires the use of recruitment technology tools and managing end-to-end processes for Bank of America's roles. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.
Key Accountabilities:
What you’ll be doing:
1. Proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
2. Managing the full 360 Recruitment process for Bank of America's non-regulated roles up to VP level
3. Engaging with the client directly and managing key internal relationships
Skills & Experience:
You’ll need to demonstrate:
1. Strong background in Banking or Financial Services
2. Proactive Sourcing experience using LinkedIn
3. Senior Stakeholder management experience
