Role Overview: Focused on spearheading public relations, social media initiatives, and influencer engagement via a network of specialised partners. In this role, you'll report directly to the Head of Brand & Content and work closely alongside the Content and Media teams. You will be responsible for shaping and implementing the PR, social media, and influencer strategies for our clients, ensuring that these align seamlessly with broader brand and organic growth objectives. This position demands hands-on involvement with clients, as well as oversight of PR activities, from strategic planning through to execution, leveraging external partnerships for key deliverables. You'll be tasked with managing a network of external partners and collaborating extensively with internal content, paid media, and organic search teams. A robust background in PR and social media, particularly within the B2B space, is vital. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with external stakeholders, including influencers and media. Responsibilities: Campaign Coordination: Oversee PR, social media, and influencer partnerships, constantly seeking out creative ways to elevate brand visibility for our clients. Oversee and coordinate with partners to secure PR coverage for clients. Cultivate and sustain relationships with journalists, influencers, and content creators to strengthen brand perception Content Guidance: Collaborate with clients and the content team to create required press releases, thought leadership articles, to power PR campaigns. Work alongside the content team to ensure that content aligns with clients’ brand and communication objectives. Campaign Execution: Work with partners to implement link building and PR campaigns that drive engagement and results. Develop and execute strategies to maximise the impact of PR initiatives. Reporting and Analysis: Manage the PR and Social Media budget, ensuring that resources are optimally allocated for maximum impact. Create detailed reports on the effectiveness of PR activities and link building efforts. Analyse data to demonstrate how PR and link building contribute to client’s business goals and digital objectives. Client Engagement: Collaborate with organic consultants and campaign strategists to present and sell PR campaigns to clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and deliver tailored PR solutions. Work closely with the sales team to pitch and present PR campaigns to potential new clients, effectively showcasing how these strategies align with their business goals and drive brand visibility. Key Qualifications 3 years of proven experience in PR and social media management, ideally within an agency. Strong project management skills with a history of successfully delivering integrated campaigns. Experience working with partners and external stakeholders, including influencers and media. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of cross-functional teams. A proactive, creative problem-solver with a strong drive for innovative campaign execution.
