About Our Client
The client is a global luxury retail manufacturer that partners with a number of different (famous) luxury brands around the world and is looking to add a Pricing Analyst to the team. The team is made up of 4 others and the role will report directly into the Pricing Manager and Director. The Pricing team sits within finance and will liaise and work very closely with the marketing teams on a global side.
Job Description
The successful Pricing Analyst will:
1. Accurate uploading of prices into the system
2. Create and maintain order forms accurately by brand throughout the region to deadline and maintain customer files
3. Support in improving efficiency in billing systems and pricing processes
4. Support in improving the control of pricing data and distribution
5. Deal with price claims and price queries
6. Collaborate with regional teams to release shipments on hold due to pricing
7. Assist the Manager in any ad hoc reports and competitive analysis
8. Assist in the establishment and growth of the department through supporting the roll-out of new processes cross-functionally
9. Develop an extensive understanding of our customers and product assortment to become a point of contact for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
10. Communicate pricing to customers via our order forms and customer-specific article forms
11. Identify long-term system solutions to enable better workflow
12. Reporting and analysis for assigned Brands
13. Audit of prices in ERP system
14. New customer administration
The Successful Applicant
The successful Pricing Analyst will:
1. Have approximately 2-3 years+ of experience as a Pricing Analyst
2. Be working for a luxury retail business (highly desirable)
3. Have strong analytical and Excel skills
4. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Exhibit high attention to detail
