Job Description
Our client is a well-established food business in the Co Down area who are going through a period of expansion and now have a new position for a Technical Administrator who is seeking a challenging and varied role to join them.
The successful candidate will assist and support the Technical, Quality and NPD team in the strategic development of their department.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining and developing the Technical, Quality and NPD administration requirements. Management of complaints
2. Management of product and packaging specifications
3. Maintaining and completing traceability audits
4. Organising sample lists for Laboratory Testing
5. Maintaining Supplier Non Conformance reporting and ensuring other departments involved report back in a timely fashion.
6. Process control paperwork review
7. Supplier approval information updates
8. Preparing reports for the Technical Manager and customers.
Criteria:
9. Proven Experience in a similar role within food production
10. Excellent team working skills
11. Food qualification and an understanding of HACCP are highly desirable
