We are seeking a dedicated Group Ethical Compliance Officer to join our Group HR Function. In this role, you will monitor, review, and update various ethical platforms, oversee the people supply chain, and conduct both internal and external audits. Reporting to the Group Ethical Compliance Manager, you will support the analysis of internal business systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards. Your ability to review data and provide key analysis will be crucial. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to undertake bespoke project work and travel across Great Britain, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland. What we’re looking for Someone with experience of working within a similar role within food manufacturing and having a passion for continuous Human Rights improvement. A background and knowledge of HR and HR systems and protocols. Strong communication and team building skills who will be comfortable in dealing with a wide ranging people skills. Someone comfortable managing multiple tasks and delivering results against strict deadlines. The ability to interpret data, transfer data accurately and clearly within the specification from information provided. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and be IT literate.
