Reworks Sustainability Group is a social enterprise business with a focus on circular economy and sustainability. We work across both the fashion /textile sectors. We focus on clothing and textile reuse / repurposing. We are looking to develop circular reuse initiatives that create new innovative products and services. You will be encouraged to innovate, design and develop their own ideas and innovations into potential product and revenue streams - E.g. Rental. ECommerce Assistant: The candidate will work across a number of platforms responsible for: Generating Listings online Stock preparation for online & retail marketing Market and Product Research General Administration and workplace Duties Ideal candidates will have good experience across at least one of: Ebay, Shopify, Facebook Marketplace, Vinted, Depop, Etsy etc. Candidates with skills such as photography (photoshop), social media, retail (fashion), quality control, sewing ability will be of particular interest. We support the national Apprentice Scheme and will sponsor such opportunities for candidates to develop both on the job and external training. The role will help the candidate learn excellent transferable skills that they can use in the future. Ideal Candidates will possess the following qualities: Reliability (inc time-keeping) Honesty. Attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. An interest in sustainability and circular economy. Innovative approach & willing to contribute new ideas. Outside the box thinking. A good sense of humour. Great teamwork skills. Living wage employer (FT Basis) - all roles have aspects of performance related pay and bonus opportunities. Roles are scoped as being 25-30 Hours. Remote working is possible -However, ideally this is nor more than 50% of the total time even for exceptional candidates.
