We are on a mission to expand our Sales team across Europe and the USA and are looking for a Business Development Executive, who has a passion for SaaS sales and the ability to deliver exceptional results. A front runner who will lead on winning and developing contracts with new clients and support our existing ones.

You will play a key role in driving revenue growth in the competitive marketplace, expanding our client base, creating opportunities for our services, improving profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Professionally representing ⋮IWConnect, our expertise, experience, and ability to deliver solutions in front of customers;
* Manage and articulate complex sales cycles to present the value of our full product offer to decision-makers;
* Negotiating contracts, and preparation and submission of sales agreements (NDA, MSA, SOW);
* Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in D365, while creating satisfied customers;
* Develop and manage relationships within enterprise organizations, presenting to C-level executives the value of our services;
* Analyzing information, preparing reports, evaluating sales results, and regular communication with the team;
* Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, increase brand visibility, and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in an IT Services and/or technology solution-selling environment;
* Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quota;
* Experience selling software and data engineering, managed services, CRM, ERP, ETL, and Cloud software is a plus;
* Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the C-level;
* Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative and/or Inside Sales Representative preferred;
* Excellent presentation skills;
* Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills;
* Strong negotiation skills;
* Experience working both in a start-up environment and enterprise company is strongly preferred;
* Comfortable with a commission-based pay structure;
* Willingness and desire to travel when necessary.
