Cash rich, it has been backed by a number of specialist VC firms, and has long-term agreements in place with some of the best-known MGA’s on the planet.
This is a 100% home-based role, where you will be provided with all the tools needed to make a real success of this role (including a top of the range Apple MacBook with additional screens etc), and benefiting from an extremely friendly and supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle motor claims efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate settlements.
2. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, maintaining a high level of client service.
3. Demonstrate problem-solving skills and innovative approaches to client outcomes.
4. Manage tasks and priorities effectively while working independently.
5. Build rapport and handle difficult conversations with empathy.
Qualifications:
1. Circa 5 years of experience in Motor Claims, either Private or Commercial.
2. Experience in settling claims within an insurance company, loss adjusting firm, or TPA.
3. Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
4. Self-motivated with excellent task-management abilities.
5. Client service-focused with a can-do attitude.
You will receive a generous basic salary up to £35K per annum, together with a range of company benefits, including support towards professional qualifications.
