Job Duties:
* Plan and deliver engaging MFL lessons for secondary school students
* Provide cover for absent teachers in the MFL department
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Assess and provide feedback on student progress
* Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Language degree
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant language field
Teaching qualification (QTS)
Experience:
Proven experience teaching MFL in secondary schools
Demonstrated ability to engage and empower students in the learning process
Knowledge and Skills:
Thorough understanding of the UK secondary school curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
Dynamic personality with a passion for language education
Preferred Qualifications:
Postgraduate qualification in Education
Experience in teaching a second language
