Job Description
To keep our stores elevated you will be responsible for creating merchandising guidelines for UK and EU stores, including creating visual packs for in-store execution, photo packs, and videos.
* Create clear and concise 3rd party and own brand merchandising guidelines
* Create weekly commercial updates for stores
* Ensure all documentation and the merchandising SharePoint for stores is kept up to date in an organised manner
* Monitor product sales and deliver key changes to the stores where necessary with a clear direction
* Highlight key commercial opportunities within the business
* Feedback to internal and external stakeholders regarding any issues surrounding products or projects
* Keep up to date with the latest trends and explore opportunities
Communication
* Work alongside our internal departments to gather and deliver key information
* Continue to build relationships with 3rd party brands
* Communicate new ideas and ways to improve current processes
* Communicate clear instructions to stores such as product launches and key moves
General
* Capable of working well within a team as well as independently on occasion
* Able to work to strict deadlines
* Analytical mindset
This is an office role based in our Shirebrook head office with opportunity to assist with Sports Direct in-store trials and attend key store installs.
Qualifications
* Great written and communication skills
* Experience in Microsoft Excel - Required
* Experience in Adobe Suite - Preferred but not essential
* Experience in retail - Required
