Robert Half are working in partnership with a well recognised organisation in Swindon to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity that will be heavily involved with carrying out various reconciliations, processing fixed assets and producing financial reports and analysis. The Finance Assistant role will be suitable for someone that is AAT qualified or qualified by experience that is keen to add value and be a part of a company that is renowned for offering development opportunities and an excellent culture. The salary is between £24,000 - £26,000 plus hybrid working and other excellent benefits.
The Role
The main duties of the Finance Assistant role consists of:
* Conducting monthly reconciliations.
* Creating journals.
* Processing on sub ledgers for fixed assets.
* Producing financial reports and compiling into a presentable format.
* Liaising with numerous stakeholders; managing relationships and dealing with queries.
* Supporting with process improvement.
