Multitask Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an office administrator based in our busy vibrant Blackburn Office.
Duties Include.
* Answering the phone and being the first point of contact for clients.
* Updating the database regularly.
* Checking documents .
* Preparing documents for clients.
* Assisting in time sheets and payroll
* Ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
* Other standard office duties when required.
The ideal candidate will have.
* Attention to detail.
* Team player.
* Can do Attitude.
* Excellent written and communication skills.
* Previous office experience/Admin is essential.
The hours can be between 20/30 hours per week Monday to Friday, we are flexible but must be able to work 5 days a week
