The post holder will manage the interface between developers, external professionals and agencies, and operational service leads and regularly liaise with Executive leads, Project Directors, and County Management Teams. The post holder will manage a range of projects and programmes with potentially conflicting timescales and priorities. This work may have wide implications for the Health Board impacting on whole Health Board care pathways, clinical standards, performance, and protocols. Communication requirements will include the need to effectively communicate highly complex or potentially contentious information, seeking to influence and requiring cooperation to each agreement. Define information requirements and analyse data to feed into service development and project planning. May be required to deliver teaching sessions and development programmes for clinicians and staff in area of expertise across the Health Board. Will participate in the production of corporate planning documentation and may be asked to lead on areas of plan development.
