Hybrid working - 2 days per week onsite Our client, the largest provider of new home warranties in the UK who are currently recruiting for an L&D Partner to join their wider HR team. The L&D Partner will interact with the business, to design, deliver, embed and evaluate, as required, and the learning and development processes. The role will work collaboratively with the talent resourcing team to enable an efficient, effective and high quality employee experience that attracts people to work for the company. Duties Develop strong relationships with assigned departments to gain knowledge of work situationsand then use this knowledge to create solutions to increase organisational effectiveness(including leadership and management capability) Embedding competency (leadership, management, professional, business skills and talent) frameworks to improve, measure and assess organisational effectiveness Engage with the HRBP’s and the business to design, develop, (manage) deliver, embed and evaluate development programmes to increase organisational effectiveness Consider multiple options available for the implementation of learning to cover 70:20:10 principles, and create a positive learning environment and experience, for office, field and home based learners, using a blended learning approach Work alongside HR Projects team to support Culture and Wellbeing activities Review and support the Performance Management process, activities and communication plan Monitor participant progress on internal and external development programmes including apprenticeships, to ensure participants complete set tasks Manage the delivery of projects against the requests that come from regulatory requirements to ensure we have compliant learning processes, and we are supporting the business to be compliant, as directed Proactively liaise with external training providers to ensure contractual standards, content and expectations are maintained Experience and qualifactions needed Experience of working with a number of business areas at a range of levels Track record of delivering development programmes and organisational effectiveness activities CIPD (or equivalent)
