As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at CDE, your role will be pivotal in supporting our purpose to make a positive impact on the world, one ton at a time, and you will be at the forefront of our high growth ambitions for both CDE and our customers. This role is a key part of our digital transformation journey and your contributions will be instrumental in expanding our reach and fostering meaningful connections with prospects and customers. Your natural skill-set will enable you to build strong relationships with our future customers, enhancing conversion rates and supporting business growth. Your expertise in lead generation will drive new business opportunities, while your deep product knowledge will enable you to effectively communicate the value of our recycling solutions for our customers and for the planet. About The Role
* Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities. Initiate first contact conversations and nurture prospects through the early sales funnel.
* Qualify leads through consultative conversations, understanding customer needs and aligning them with our products.
* Set up product demos, virtual meetings, and in person visits for outside sales reps. Follow up consistently with prospects to move deals forward and re-engage dormant accounts.
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company
* Utilise CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and track outreach performance metrics.
* Work closely with the wider ‘Book It’ team to align sales strategies with company goals and market trends.
* Research and identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers who would benefit from our capital equipment solutions.
* Develop a deep understanding of our capital equipment offerings to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective clients.

Desired Criteria
* Are proficient in French, German, Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic.
* Exhibit strong relationship-building skills over the phone with an approachable, knowledgeable demeanor.
* Have a proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Criteria
* Have English language proficiency
* Have a minimum of 2 years in inside sales, preferably with experience in selling capital equipment or related industrial products.
* Possess exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for persuasive selling.
* Possess strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions.
* Can work flexibly to provide coverage of regional time zones.
* Have experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage sales activities and pipeline.
* Have the ability to understand and explain technical aspects of capital equipment to clients
