In the role of coordinator of the team of commercial Product Owners in the Vodafone Business Unit, the Commercial Lead - Base & Proposition will focus on the following areas:
* To create strategy and commercial product proposals (proposition) that combine connectivity & non-connectivity solutions to both attract new customers and maintain or increase the value of existing customers.
* To develop the strategy and proposals for projects, actions and initiatives for the existing customer base, which will support the maximization of revenues and profits for both connectivity and non-connectivity solutions.
* To actively participate with the product development team in establishing the development strategy for connectivity and non-connectivity products in accordance with the needs expressed by the sales teams and found in market studies.
* To participate alongside the Marketing Communication team in establishing the communication strategy and content of the communication plans for Vodafone Business customers, content that is extracted from the product and service packaging also created by the team coordinated by the Commercial Lead - Base & Proposition.
* To support, together with the product development team, the Vodafone Business Unit training team's efforts to increase the level of knowledge of connectivity services (proposals).
* Coordinate and provide input to internal & external research teams for recurring or one-time market research initiatives conducted to understand relevant marketing KPIs (e.g. market share, promoters/detractors, customer experience, company needs, company profiling).
The role of the Commercial Lead - Base & Proposition is to facilitate the mission of the Vodafone Business Unit teams to maximize revenues and profits from the mobile, postpaid and fixed customer bases, through the following activities:
* Customer Value Management based on mobile services: maximizing customer value from the subscribed customer base (to deliver the Company Budget), while meeting the specific objectives agreed upon within the quarterly/annual planning process, and coordinating/executing communication campaigns based on mobile services.
* Customer Value Management based on fixed services: maximizing customer value from the fixed services base (to deliver the Company Budget), while meeting the specific objectives agreed upon within the quarterly/annual planning process, and coordinating/executing communication campaigns based on fixed services.
* Cross Sell Connectivity: to facilitate through commercial initiatives the sale of mobile services to fixed-line customers and fixed products to mobile customers, delivering any other specific objectives agreed upon in the quarterly/annual planning process.
* Cross Sell Non-Connectivity: to facilitate through commercial initiatives the sale of non-connectivity services based on connectivity customers (fixed and mobile), as well as the sale of different non-connectivity services to customers who already have some of the non-connectivity services active.
* Mobile & fixed-line churn management: to facilitate, through programs, actions and initiatives, the minimization of mobile & fixed-line customer & service churn to deliver the company's budget, while fulfilling the specific initiatives agreed upon within the quarterly/annual planning process of the Vodafone Business Unit department.

Functional knowledge:
* Understands the telecom connectivity business in detail (e.g., value distribution, processes, products, market & competitors, customer segments).
* Understands the IT&C market and business in detail (e.g., value distribution, processes, products, competitors, customer segments).
* Strong synthesis, conceptualization, and analysis skills.
* Understand the basic concepts used in ATL and BTL communication.
* He is familiar with the models used by data mining and data science teams and can coordinate the activity & formulation of requirements to these teams to test business hypotheses or generate new revenue or profit streams.
* Agile - Understands Agile methodologies (e.g. Kanban, Lean, Scrum, etc.) and applies Agile ways of working.
* Coaching & Mentoring - creates a professional relationship to develop others, using principles of coaching, mentoring, feedback and challenging assignments, supporting Vodafone's learning culture.
* Change and Adaptability - Evaluates, guides, and adapts to changes and reoriented requirements in different situations.
* Facilitation - Can apply a range of techniques to support facilitation, training and teaching to guide and manage a group event with the aim of ensuring that objectives are met effectively, with clear thinking, good participation and full buy-in from all involved.
Required technical/professional certifications:
* University degree;
* More than 5 years of experience in telecommunications, with deep expertise in key areas such as customer base marketing, omnichannel, price/revenue management, campaign management;
* 3 years of experience in building and/or delivering services for the business market.
