Your Role as Contracts Manager:
In this pivotal year, as the Contracts Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our supported tenants feel at home and comfortable through overseeing the service delivery of essential contracts and services such as gardening, cleaning, and council tax. You will be responsible for ensuring that we procure and provide contracts that deliver excellent value for money and meet the outputs required to drive performance improvement and customer satisfaction. You will be supported by a proactive caretaker team and committed administrators to form a high-performing team enabled by your leadership skills.
What You Will Bring:
1. Specialist knowledge and understanding of the principles of procurement and contract management.
2. An ability to set targets and manage performance to ensure they are met.
3. Good commercial acumen, able to balance cost and quality to meet tenant needs while minimizing costs.
4. Excellent communication skills, able to negotiate and influence others.
