Role Overview
We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team at Hall Cliffe Primary School. You'll be working with children and young people who require specialist education and support.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for an outstanding practitioner who can create a safe and inclusive learning environment. You should have Qualified Teacher Status, previous teaching experience in SEN/SEMH, and the ability to relate your subject to each pupil's needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality education and support to children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs
- Develop trusting relationships with pupils and help them feel safe and confident in their abilities
- Adapt learning to meet individual needs and ensure all pupils achieve their potential
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop a comprehensive education plan for each pupil
