As a Senior Care Assistant, you will assist with daily activities, providing residents with both physical and emotional support and personal care as needed.

What we need from you:
*Experience in administering medication, preparing meals, and planning and partaking in activities.
*Experience with providing support and care to adults.
*Experience with dealing with challenging behaviour.
*Being responsible for the smooth running of the shift, assigning specific tasks to the Care Assistants and monitoring their completion.
*Other responsibilities include developing, reviewing, and updating residents’ personal care plans to meet their changing physical, social and psychological needs.
Essential requirements:
*UK work experience.
*SSSC (within 6 months of working with us).
*10-year work history within CV.
