I am urgently seeking an Interim HR Systems Implementation Project Manager for a renowned arts organisation based in Central London. This will be a full-time role for a period of 9 to 12 months at a salary of circa £80,000 per year, and you will be required to be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
The ideal candidate will be available to start in January 2025 and have experience in:
1. Leading deployment of a new HR / Payroll system
2. Managing subject matter experts
3. Leading a multifunctional team to success
4. Being focused on driving results and demanding progress
5. Being adept at engaging stakeholders
You will be a strong leader and HRIS implementation project manager who will get results, stress-test assumptions, ensure suppliers are keeping to the agreed schedule, and ensure that the internal stakeholders are more action-oriented and fully up to date with their project objectives.
