Manpower Print & Packaging Division is currently retained on behalf of one of our prestigious partners, a global, industry-leading brand within their field. We are looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager, based on site at Newcastle-under-Lyme.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Shape and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, retention, and payroll for UK and Australia.
3. Manage compensation, benefits, and employee relations, ensuring legal compliance.
4. Drive staff development, engagement, and performance management.
5. Collaborate with senior management and external partners on HR and compliance matters.
6. Lead disciplinary actions, terminations, performance appraisals, and staff budgeting.
7. Maintain HR systems, monitor metrics, and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
1. HR or Business Administration; CIPD Level 3+ required.
2. Experience with compensation, benefits, and managing HR teams.
3. Strong knowledge of HR systems, employment law, and HR best practices.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Skills:
1. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
2. Strong interpersonal, strategic, and organisational skills.
