Location: Birmingham
Salary: £45,000 + Bonus (Circa £50k)
Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm) + On call

Job Summary
A mature and levelheaded attitude is a necessity of the Registered Manager, as is the ability to communicate excellently, both verbally and in writing. You must be able to prioritise your work,nwork independently when required and maintain records and file notes. Teamwork is an essential element of the Registered Manager’s role and applicants must be able to demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and possess leadership skills.
You must hold a full driving license and have the use of a vehicle. Applicants should have an exemplary disciplinary record, be reliable, trustworthy, and of good character and integrity, with a good attendance record.
Duties
• Develop a positive working environment which nurtures and rewards good practice through training and development.
• Ensure homes are prepared for Ofsted Inspections.
• To complete assessments and specific work relating to the Diploma Level 3 and the
apprenticeships for all relevant staff.
• Provide regular supervision and annual appraisals to Deputy Managers and other employees in line with company procedures and standards.
• Monitor staff sickness, taking action to address any concerns or issues. Ensuring the HR Toolkit is kept up to date.
