Project Coordinator – Remote Working
The Project Coordinator role plays an important role overseeing the smooth running of each assignment from start to finish.
This position will suit someone who is passionate about providing high quality work, consistently delivers and meets deadlines and is open to new ideas. Enjoys being that real lynch pin driving projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing each assignment from start to finish, monitoring progress of each stage ensuring that all agreed timeframes are met.
2. Ensuring all client agreements are agreed and signed.
3. Handling email inboxes and managing all enquiries.
4. Arranging meetings internally and externally and managing agreed project timelines.
5. Challenging where unrealistic.
6. Managing diaries and blocking out times for project delivery.
7. Liaising with internal teams to ensure all processes are agreed and adhered to, ensuring that projects are assigned to the correct individuals.
8. Overseeing and preparing client reports and presentations – formatting and proofreading.
9. Managing invoicing processes and liaising with the finance department.
10. Ensuring the CRM is kept up to date with all relevant information.
The ideal candidate:
1. Excellent communication skills at all levels.
2. Able to organise and drive projects from start to finish and meet agreed timelines.
3. Excellent team player, being a real lynch pin, working collaboratively and sharing knowledge and ideas.
4. Excellent IT skills with the ability to pick up and learn new packages.
5. Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines and deal with last minute changes.
6. Able to think outside the box.
7. Deliver high quality documentation with excellent attention to detail.
Remote working with 4-6 meet ups per year.
