Job Role: Customer Advisor at B&Q
Join our team and become an expert advisor, providing excellent customer service in a retail environment. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, understanding their needs, supporting colleagues, and ensuring the store looks inviting. You will be trained in various skills such as paint-mixing and timber cutting, with a focus on delivering great customer experiences.

As a Customer Advisor, you will work towards the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship, with ongoing training and development opportunities. The apprenticeship lasts approximately 15 months, with the possibility of a permanent contract.
