Pay Rate: £130 - £150 per day (Depending on experience)

Are you an experienced and passionate educator looking for a rewarding role supporting students with Special Educational Needs? If so, GSL Education are seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to join a school in Grantham on a full-time basis after the February half term. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students who require additional support.
About the Role: As an SEN Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with Special Educational Needs. You will create a supportive learning environment, adapt teaching strategies to individual student requirements, and work closely with support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for all learners.
SEN Supply Teacher Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver lessons that cater to a range of learning needs, ensuring differentiation and inclusion.
* Adapt teaching methods and materials to support students with diverse needs, including those with Autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff to provide targeted interventions.
* Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment that fosters student engagement and progress.
* Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to staff, parents, and external professionals where necessary.
* Uphold the school’s values and policies, ensuring a safe and nurturing learning space for all students.
SEN Supply Teacher Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs, preferably in a school setting.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate lessons effectively.
* A compassionate and patient approach to teaching and learning.
* Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
