The post holder will be responsible for providing Customer Services Support to customers serviced by our Regional Warehouse in Bridgend. Sets of daily tasks are to be undertaken such as; clerical and administrative support, courteous and efficient call handling from stakeholders via telephone or Action Point system. Data input via the Oracle WMS system, liaising with warehouse staff, effective stock purchasing, raising orders and discrepancies, liaising with suppliers., The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy office environment with an understanding Warehouse and Administrative Support within Supply, Logistics and Transport remit. Able to provide an efficient and professional service to meet NWSSP objectives. Be a team player with excellent communication skills, who will be required to adopt a flexible approach to any activities undertaken which will require the exercise of initiative, although also operating within procedural guidelines. Liaison with internal staff at all levels, Stakeholder's and external suppliers. Have experience of working within a busy office environment and be IT literate.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
