The ORS Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology division is expanding and we are seeking our next clinician to join us! You will join a national team of 20+ Physiotherapists & Exercise Physiologists in our NDIS division providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65. You will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses and disability types.
We get to work with an amazing group of clients over a period of months or even years. You will play an integral part in their personal growth and development, working together to meet their goals. You will form a close bond with your clients and celebrate their achievements together, every step of the way.
Your day to day duties will involve providing:
* Exercise Physiology Assessments
* Exercise Plan development and implementation
* Ongoing intervention and exercise prescription

You will be able to connect with this person in one on one and group training sessions, plus have the ability to email or pick up the phone at any time to ask their advice on complex cases. This resource is in addition to the many Managers and Team Leaders we have on staff!
Graduate Programs
If you have recently graduated, or are within your first 12 months of experience, you will be eligible to participate in ORS’ six month tailored new graduate program. This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia. Many of our leaders started with ORS in our Graduate Program!
A few requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology
* Registration or ability to become registered with ESSA
* A car and licence
* A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to acquire one for client facing roles (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
