Role Description We are looking for a Group Quality Manager to join us on a secondment basis. This exciting opportunity will support the VP – Customer Experience with a wide range of quality management activities and projects. These activities include, although are not restricted to, taking a key role in improvement projects determined by the business, maintenance of Airswift’s Quality Management systems, management of our Airswift safety records, maintaining Airswift’s Business Continuity plans, and coordinating the implementation and training of our quality standards working closely with the L&D team to roll out globally. The successful candidate will also assist the VP – Customer Experience in managing strategic improvement projects and initiatives as needed across all areas of the business. These projects will drive continuous improvement across the organisation. Principle Accountabilities: Quality Management System Maintain Airswift’s ISO certification and any other quality related qualifications required by the business. Ownership and maintenance of the Quality Management System. Track company performance against the Global Quality Objectives and provide relevant and regular reports. Scheduling and preparing internal audits with the regional Quality Assurance and Process Improvement Analysts (QAPIs). Log and analyse customer feedback – contractor and client surveys, complaints, shout outs. Complete central/global internal audits and support the QAPIs with regional internal audits. Lead and support the Quality Team, ensuring efficient Quality service delivery globally. Act as an escalation point for Quality queries. Maintain and further develop the document management system (Airspace Policies & Procedures Library). Maintain business continuity plans. Assist Bids Team with questions regarding Quality performance. Process improvements Work with the VP – Customer Experience and global senior leadership to identify and implement process improvements, both to existing processes and lead projects to develop new initiatives to drive continuous improvement. Address non-conformances identified in existing global policies and procedures. Issue communication about process updates. Attend monthly council calls to identify potential process improvements. Safety Maintain the Health, Safety and Environmental Management system and all policies and procedures that sit within this. Maintain global safety statistics – hours worked and incidents. Review and update contractor emergency response cards. Assist Bid Team with questions regarding Safety performance. Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Holistic understanding of the organisation and office environments within Airswift. At least three years with the business in an external customer or contractor facing role or can demonstrate equivalent experience in a similar role. Can demonstrate appreciation and knowledge of multi-cultural dynamics. Excellent Microsoft skills, and ability to learn new technology quickly. Strong analytical skills and data management. Adept in time management and can demonstrate structure in thinking. Strong customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail. Comfortable communicating at all levels within the business. Willingness to work across multiple time zones. Able to work independently whilst managing competing priorities.
