You'll play a key role in coordinating end-to-end recruitment activity across a range of roles, working closely with hiring managers and the wider HR team.\n\nDescription\n\nRecruitment Coordinator- What you'll be doing:\n\nCoordinating end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments\n\nManaging candidate communication and interview scheduling\n\nSupporting hiring managers with best practice recruitment processes\n\nPosting job adverts, screening CVs, and organising interview logistics\n\nAssisting with onboarding and offer administration\n\nMaintaining accurate records and producing recruitment reports when required\n\nProfile\n\nRecruitment Coordinator - What we're looking for:\n\nPrevious experience in a recruitment/talent acquisition role (in-house or agency)\n\nIdeally from a professional services, legal, finance, or consultancy background\n\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nProficient in using ATS/HR systems and Microsoft Office\n\nJob Offer\n\nRecruitment Coordinator - What's on offer:\n\nSalary £30,000\nHybrid working model\n\nBased in Leeds City Centre \nCompetitive Benefits and Generous pension contribution\n\nWellness support and employee benefits platform\n\nCareer development and internal progression opportunities
