We are seeking to add additional capacity to our Human Resources team.
The Role
As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, providing essential support to staff across our organisation. You will be part of our small HR team and part of our wider central office team working to support our 9 educational settings.
Working days will be school days in term time, including working over the school day; we can be flexible on start and finish time to suit personal circumstances. The role will be based at Hazelbrook Campus, Selworthy School, in Taunton.

1. Experienced in administration.
2. Adept at leading a team and managing a wide range of administrative tasks.
3. Proficient in using IT systems and data management tools.
4. Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people.

Salary: Actual Annual Salary £14970.48 (based on 25 hours a week), term time only plus inset days
