What you’ll be doing:
* Elevating PHMG’s brand identity: Craft visuals that resonate with both internally and externally.
* Owning digital campaigns: Design for email, social, and web with creativity and clarity.
* Mastering the art of typography and layout: Bring ideas to life with bold visuals that tell stories.
* Exploring motion design: Add energy to your work through animation, making messages pop.
* Collaborating with internal teams: Work with writers, marketers, and strategists to refine and deliver compelling creative concepts.
* Building solutions through UX: Apply user-centric design principles to make content functional, intuitive, and engaging.
* Pushing boundaries: Experiment with ideas, formats, and tools to create something truly original.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Technical chops: You’re a pro with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and bonus points if you’ve worked with Figma, After Effects, or email builders.
Digital and print experience: You’ve done it all, from scroll-stopping social media content to pitch-perfect presentations.
Passion for branding: Typography and consistent brand identity are second nature to you.
UX design know-how: You can take a design from eye-catching to user-friendly.
Team spirit: You thrive on collaboration but can also fly solo when needed.
A growth mindset: You’re ready to embrace feedback, iterate, and push creative boundaries.
A flair for motion: Experience with After Effects or similar software is not a must, but a big plus.
