We are seeking a Business Development Manager to head up all business development efforts within our Technology & Engineering team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute business development strategies to drive growth within the technology recruitment sector, focusing on engineers, developers, and other tech specialists. Identify new market opportunities and develop a comprehensive client acquisition strategy. Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure seamless delivery of client needs, advising on market trends and recruitment strategies. Maintain a consultative approach with clients, providing solutions to optimise their hiring processes and helping them secure top talent. Represent Albert Bow at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and expand the client base. What We’re Looking For: Proven track record in business development within the technology sector. Recruitment experience is not required but is desirable. Strong understanding of the technology market and the ability to leverage industry insights to win new business. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
