The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting key education processes, ensuring smooth system operation and enhancements. Your Role as a Business Analyst:- Configuration, enhancement, and development of MRI (Capita) One system functionalities. Oversight of portal and forms development within MRI (Capita) One. Leading change management processes for system improvements. Providing strategic support on education infrastructure, funding, and policy development. Liaising with local authority teams, schools, developers, and statutory bodies to optimize education service delivery. Your Previous Experience as a Business Analyst:- Extensive local authority experience in education services. Expertise in MRI (Capita) One, with proven ability to configure and enhance system functionalities. Strong knowledge of SEND, Early Years, Education Welfare, Educational Psychology, and School Transport. Hands-on experience with MRI (Capita) One portals, including portal and forms development.
