Role: HR Business Process Analyst Contractor
Duration: 3 - 6 months
Location: London / Hybrid
Day Rate: £300 per day
Overview:
We are looking for someone on a temporary basis to work on a business change project for our HR system. Working closely with our People Team to map, analyse and improve our people processes and workflows. The aim is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency, identify opportunities to automate as well as improving the employee experience.
Requirements:
* Work with People team to analyse and document current core people processes.
* Conduct process assessments and identify areas of improvement and opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
* Listen to People managers and the People team to do detailed requirements gathering in order to make recommendations for change which puts our people at the heart of the process design.
* Develop process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
* Identify and recommend a suite of process performance metrics to ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness.
* Lead and facilitate process improvement workshops and brainstorming sessions.
* Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to leverage technology solutions for process automation and optimisation.
* Project management of the HR system change.
Professional Qualifications And Core Knowledge:
* Proficient in process mapping and requirements gathering techniques.
* Project management experience.
* Skilled at producing high quality documentation.
* Sound business process knowledge in the HR systems field.
* A basic understanding of GDPR.
