About Our Client

Job Description
* Manage and maintain the sales ledger ensuring all revenues are accurately recorded.
* Review and post cash receipts to customer accounts.
* Coordinate with clients to resolve queries and secure payment.
* Assist in month-end closing activities.
* Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards.
* Ensure compliance with credit control procedures.
* Provide support to the Accounting & Finance department as needed.
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
* Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proven experience in a similar role within the property industry.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
