We work with clients to help them understand and influence fan behavior, including spending habits, event attendance, communication channels, and content consumption. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike, and Amazon. With almost 1000 people across 14 offices, we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses worldwide.
What You Will Do
Product Management
1. Lead the development and execution of digital product strategies and roadmaps for Two Circles' clients in the sports industry.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysis, design, and engineering, to deliver high-quality digital products on time and within budget.
3. Work closely with internal and external teams to define, capture, and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
4. Define processes, map customer journeys, and create user stories, focusing on optimizing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with designers to create functional and aesthetically pleasing experiences that align with business goals.
6. Analyze user behavior and prioritize user needs, defining features and functionality for multiple products using a metrics-driven approach.
7. Ensure that all products managed meet and exceed the highest experience and quality expectations within the digital product industry while addressing business requirements.
Requirements
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Product Management, Business Administration, Economics) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or digital consulting, with a track record of delivering successful digital products.
3. Strong analytical, communicative, and collaborative skills, with experience in developing and measuring product metrics.
4. Strong core consulting skills, including client management, slide building, and cost analysis.
5. Good understanding of business development processes.
6. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar.
7. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with design, data analysis, and engineering teams to deliver successful products.
8. Knowledge of the sports industry and a passion for sports developments and trends.
