As Service Manager, you will oversee a dedicated team providing 24-hour housing support to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, but who do not require hospital admission. Your role will involve ensuring that short-term, intensive interventions are effectively delivered to help people in crisis navigate their recovery process. Key Responsibilities: Lead, support, and manage a team to deliver high-quality care within a 24-hour staffed environment. Oversee the delivery of short-term interventions aimed at reducing the impact of mental health crises. Work closely with the Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust Crisis Team and other partners as part of a multi-agency approach. Conduct risk assessments, manage risks effectively, and ensure the safety and well-being of those in your care. Compile and analyse data to produce monthly reports for the Integrated Care Board (ICB). Collaborate with other Service Managers across the Short Stay Recovery Houses to share best practices and maintain consistency in service delivery. About You: To be considered for this role, you will need: Previous experience in managing a team, ideally within a mental health or crisis care setting. A solid understanding of mental health issues and the challenges faced by individuals in crisis. Experience working within a multi-agency framework, collaborating with other professionals to provide integrated care.
