The ideal candidate will have a background working in Local Government or Housing sectors and have strong communication and Excel skills. Description The key responsibilities of the Rent and Service Charge Officer include: Ensuring rents and service charges are communicated with tenants in a timely manner Assisting with the calculations of new rents in line with policy Responding to internal and external queries in relation to service charges Maintaining accurate data within the housing system Profile The successful Rent and Service Charge Officer should have: Ability to reconcile accounts Experience working in Housing or local Government would be a bonus Strong numerical skills - ability to use Excel to analyse large datasets Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Job Offer £28,000 - £32,000 salary Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office (Upon successful probation period) 25 days annual leave bank holidays Private healthcare package
